Join the Hill Farm Historical Society for our annual Spring Dinner at the North Oaks Golf Club. This year’s guest speaker is Sara Lydiatt-Vanier, granddaughter of North Oaks’ founding community visionary Louis W. Hill, Jr., who will speak about her family’s historic legacy dating back to the early days of the James J. Hill farm and look ahead to North Oaks’ future. As part of the program, Lydiatt-Vanier will present an excerpt from the North Oaks Company’s documentary about the community’s unique history and sit for a conversation with North Oaks News editor Andrea Swensson.
Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. followed by Sara and Andrea’s talk at 7 p.m.
Dinner Menu: Frenched Chicken Breast in Dijon herb pan jus, Seasonal Vegetable, Rosemary Roasted Heirloom Potatoes, Bread & Butter, and Gourmet Dessert Bars.
